  我国顺丁烯二酸酐的路线主要采用苯氧化法和正丁烷氧化法。苯氧化工艺由于马来酸酐技术的研究和应用早,早期原料容易获得,所以在我国占有较大的比重。2016年,我国顺丁烯二酸酐能力约为200万吨,其中苯顺丁烯二酸酐135万吨(67.5%),丁烷顺丁烯二酸酐65万吨(32.5%)。但近年来,原料偏高,顺酐苯氧化法成本不断上升,企业亏损严重,开工率低,许多旧设备闲置。但目前正丁烷法的成本比苯法每吨低3000元左右,整体利润相当丰厚。这种方法直到20世纪七八十年代才得到发展和普及。近年来,随着我国西部东部天然气富余,下游正丁烷供应充足,低廉,丁烷氧化法和对苯法的替代正在加快。

However, in recent years, the price of raw materials is on the high side, the cost of maleic anhydride benzene oxidation method is rising, the enterprise has serious losses, the operating rate is low, and many old equipment is idle. But at present, the cost of n-butane method is about 3000 yuan lower than that of benzene method, and the overall profit is quite rich. This method was not developed and popularized until 1970s and 1980s. In recent years, with the abundant natural gas from the west to the east of China, the downstream n-butane supply is sufficient and the price is low, the substitution of butane oxidation method and p-benzene method is speeding up.
  除了新项目外,一些企业也在悄悄将原来的苯法改为丁烷法。浙江华晨能源早在2009年就提出了4万吨苯基马来酸酐的技术改造项目,现已竣工。另一家公司昌茂生物化学(changmaobiochemistry)去年9月也提出了一个用2万吨正丁烷取代邻苯二甲酸酐的项目。目前,常州亚邦化工有限公司拥有12万吨的能力。除了信阳科技有限公司投资的新设备外,今年还开始准备4万吨苯基马来酸酐的技术改造项目。
